AJK Prime Minister Chairs Meeting to Expedite Health Card Launch

An extraordinary meeting was held in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). The meeting focused on the launch of the new Health Card service. Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore personally chaired this important session. Officials briefed the Prime Minister on current progress. They also detailed ongoing administrative and technical preparations.
The Prime Minister stressed the urgent need for action. He demanded the early launch of Health Card services for the public. This initiative aims to provide free, timely, and quality medical treatment. Prime Minister Rathore highlighted the card as a major public welfare project. He specifically noted it would help poor and middle-class families.

Prime Minister’s Directives to Officials

Prime Minister Rathore issued clear instructions during the meeting. He ordered all concerned departments to act swiftly. They must complete all remaining requirements without any delay. His goal is to make the Health Card facility fully operational quickly. This will enhance public access to essential healthcare across Azad Kashmir.
The meeting saw participation from key government figures. Health Minister Syed Bazil Ali Naqvi attended the session. Forest Minister Sardar Javed Ayub was also present. Furthermore, Finance Minister Chaudhry Qasim Majeed joined the discussions.
Senior administrative officials provided necessary support. Principal Secretary Zafar Mahmood Khan attended the meeting. The Secretary of Public Health and other senior officers were also present. Their collective effort will drive the project forward.
