Pakistan Day 2026 Celebrations Highlight Unity and Resilience

Pakistan Day 2026 brought people together across the country with pride and unity. The nation marked the historic Lahore Resolution of 1940. However, celebrations stayed simple due to economic pressure and global tensions. Leaders encouraged everyone to stay strong and hopeful.

Simple Ceremonies Show National Pride

The day started with gun salutes in major cities. Soon after, citizens attended flag-hoisting ceremonies across the country. People also offered special prayers for peace and progress.
In Lahore, officials held a change of guards ceremony at Allama Iqbal’s mausoleum. Meanwhile, leaders in Karachi visited Mazar-e-Quaid to honour the founder. These events reflected respect and national pride.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif shared strong messages. They praised the sacrifices of national heroes. In addition, they reminded people about the importance of unity and determination.

Leaders Call for Unity and Stability
