The Pakistan China 75 coin is set to launch on May 25. The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) shared this update on Thursday. This special Rs75 coin celebrates 75 years of diplomatic ties between Pakistan and China. These relations began on May 21, 1951. As a result, the coin highlights a long history of cooperation.
Availability and Key Features
The coin will be available at SBP Banking Services Corporation offices. People can collect it from exchange counters across the country. It has a round shape with serrated edges. In addition, it uses copper nickel metal, with 75% copper and 25% nickel. The coin measures 36mm and weighs 19 grams.
Design on the Front Side
The front side shows a crescent moon and a five pointed star. These symbols face north- west in a rising position. The words “Islami Jamhuria Pakistan” appear along the top in Urdu. Below the crescent, the year 2026 is clearly marked. Meanwhile, wheat sprigs and the number 75 appear on both sides.
Reverse Side Highlights Friendship
The back side focuses on the theme of partnership. It reads “75th Anniversary of Pakistan and China Diplomatic Relations” along the top edge. Below, the phrase “Trust Friendship Support” stands out in English. At the center, both national flags appear side by side..An artistic number “75” sits beneath the flags. On each side, the years 1951 and 2026 complete the timeline.
