The Walking Dead Streets of Survival Announced for Consoles and PC

Trailmark Games and Odaclick Game Studio have officially announced The Walking Dead Streets of Survival, a new side-scrolling beat ’em up set in the world of AMC’s The Walking Dead. The upcoming action game is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. While the developers have not confirmed a release date, players can already try a PC demo available through Steam.

The Walking Dead Streets of Survival Brings Arcade Action

The Walking Dead Streets of Survival focuses on fast-paced arcade combat set during one of the most memorable storylines from AMC’s The Walking Dead. Players will battle through dangerous locations filled with walkers, hostile enemies, and challenging boss encounters.
The game draws inspiration from the All Out War storyline. As a result, players will revisit familiar locations from the television series while experiencing a new interpretation of the conflict between Alexandria and the Saviors.
Throughout the campaign, players travel across several iconic locations. These include Alexandria, Hilltop, and the Sanctuary. Furthermore, each area features environmental hazards, interactive elements, and story-driven encounters that add variety to the gameplay experience.
Developers have designed the game to capture the tension and action that fans associate with the franchise. Therefore, players can expect constant battles and dangerous situations as they progress through the story.

Iconic Heroes Return to Battle

One of the biggest highlights of The Walking Dead Streets of Survival is its playable roster. Fans can take control of some of the franchise’s most recognizable survivors, each featuring unique abilities and combat styles.
Rick Grimes enters battle with his iconic revolver and leadership-focused abilities. Meanwhile, Michonne uses her legendary katana to eliminate enemies with speed and precision. Daryl Dixon also joins the roster and relies on his trusted crossbow for ranged attacks and crowd control.
Each character offers a different approach to combat. Consequently, players can experiment with multiple playstyles throughout the campaign. This variety encourages replayability and gives fans a reason to master every survivor.
The developers have also incorporated signature attacks and special abilities inspired by memorable moments from the series. As a result, longtime fans will recognize many references during gameplay.

Boss Battles and Walker Swarms Await

The Walking Dead Streets of Survival features numerous enemy types. Players must fight through large walker hordes while also facing dangerous members of the Saviors. Every encounter requires quick reactions and strategic decision-making.
In addition, several fan-favorite enemies appear as boss battles. Players will face memorable threats such as Winslow and the terrifying Well Walker. Furthermore, Negan and Simon serve as major adversaries during the campaign, bringing intense multi-stage boss fights that test player skill.
Beyond the main story, the game includes multiple difficulty settings and replayable challenges. Players can improve their performance, unlock new strategies, and complete tougher encounters. Alternatively, newcomers can select an easier difficulty for a more accessible experience.
The Walking Dead Streets of Survival is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
