Gold Price Surge Pakistan Rates Hit Rs477,136 Per Tola
Gold prices moved higher for the second straight day on Friday. The Gold Price Surge Pakistan trend reflects strong global demand. As a result, both international and local markets recorded fresh gains. In the international bullion market, gold jumped by $52 per ounce. Therefore, the price reached $4,547, showing steady upward momentum.
Local Market Shows Strong Gains
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, local rates also increased sharply. The price of gold rose by Rs5,200 per tola. Consequently, it reached Rs477,136. Similarly, the price of 10 grams climbed by Rs4,458. It settled at Rs409,067. These gains highlight growing investor interest in safe assets. Meanwhile, silver prices followed the same trend. The rate increased by Rs210 per tola to Rs7,379. In addition, 10 grams of silver rose by Rs180 to Rs6,326.
Weekly Trend Remains Volatile
Gold prices showed mixed movement earlier this week. However, the overall trend remained upward. On Thursday, gold surged by Rs13,700 per tola to Rs471,936. At the same time, 10 grams jumped by Rs11,746 to Rs404,609. Silver also increased, gaining Rs317 per tola to Rs7,169. Earlier on Wednesday, prices dipped slightly in the local market. Gold fell by Rs3,700 per tola to Rs458,236. Likewise, 10 grams dropped by Rs3,172 to Rs392,863. Despite the drop, international prices rose more than 3%. This shows that global and local trends sometimes move differently.
Stable Start Before the Rise
At the start of the week, gold remained stable. On Tuesday, prices stayed unchanged at Rs461,936 per tola. However, Monday saw a small gain of Rs2,000. This steady base helped support the recent surge. As a result, the market moved upward in the following days.
The Gold Price Surge Pakistan trend may continue if global demand stays strong. Therefore, investors may keep turning to gold as a safe option. However, buyers should track daily changes closely. Prices can shift quickly due to global economic signals. In short, the market remains active and dynamic.
