Qatar Airways Expands IAG Codeshare

K00126

Qatar Airways is giving travelers more choices across the Atlantic. The airline has expanded its codeshare agreement with International Airlines Group (IAG). This move adds 18 new destinations in the United

States and South America.

The extended network comes through partnerships with Aer Lingus and LEVEL. Therefore, passengers now enjoy easier access to more cities while connecting smoothly through Dublin and Barcelona.
New Routes with Aer Lingus
Agreement with Aer Lingus covers flights from Dublin to 11 U.S. cities. For example, travelers can now book journeys to Boston, Cleveland, Orlando, and Newark using a Qatar Airways flight number. Las Vegas will also join the list soon.
These routes add flexibility for passengers flying from the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. In addition, they strengthen Dublin’s role as a key gateway to North America.

LEVEL Partnership Reintroduced

Qatar Airways also renewed its partnership with LEVEL. From Barcelona, travelers can reach top destinations such as Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. The codeshare also extends to South America with Buenos Aires, and Santiago will be added soon.
As a result, Qatar Airways customers gain more opportunities to explore both continents. The expansion highlights the airline’s focus on stronger global connectivity.

Loyalty Benefits for Travelers

Members of Qatar Airways’ Privilege Club enjoy added rewards through these codeshares. They can now earn and redeem Avios points on Aer Lingus and LEVEL flights. This makes the program even more valuable for frequent flyers.
In addition, these agreements provide smoother transfers at Hamad International Airport in Doha. Travelers can connect onward to destinations in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East with ease.
Senior leaders from all airlines praised the move. They called it a step toward making long-haul journeys simpler and more rewarding.
