The company appointed Hanna Khan as the new Chairperson of the Board for a term of three years, beginning October 28, 2025. Her appointment reflects the company’s focus on diverse and dynamic leadership.
In addition, Humaira Asad has been named the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), also for a three year term starting October 30, 2025. These changes underline the company’s commitment to innovation, inclusion, and long-term sustainability.
However, Najam Ali will continue as CEO until all necessary regulatory approvals are received and the new appointment officially takes effect. This smooth transition ensures business continuity and stability.
