Astro Bot Returns With Limited Edition Controller Case and Plushie

Astro Bot Returns With Limited Edition Controller Case and Plushie

Sony announces a new limited edition release for Astro Bot, launching March 26 exclusively through PlayStation Direct. Astro Bot controller case is a PowerA Protection Case compatible with DualSense Wireless controllers. The bundle also includes a 9-inch Red Panda Bot plushie collectible from Youtooz. The plushie features a white muzzle and delighted blue eyes made of soft minky material. The case offers a durable outer shell with custom-molded interior for controller protection. A cable pass-through feature allows charging while the controller remains inside. A mesh pocket inside provides additional storage for accessories. The bundle costs $56.99 USD for both items together.

What’s Included in the Release

The Red Panda Bot plushie is packed with 100 percent PP cotton for softness. The case unfortunately does not work with DualSense Edge controllers. The limited edition items are available for pre-order now through PlayStation Direct. The full release happens this Thursday, March 26 for eager fans.
This marks another excellent new release for Astro Bot fans even years after launch. Last summer’s DLC introduced five new levels for players to enjoy. The controller case keeps your controller safe during travel or storage. The adorable plushie makes a perfect addition to any collection.

Why Astro Bot Remains Beloved

Astro Bot remains one of the biggest PlayStation 5 exclusives in console history. The game demonstrated the full potential of DualSense controller technology brilliantly. It went on to win Game of the Year in 2024 for its innovative design. The game continues receiving brand-new content to this day.
Hardcore fans looking to deck out their collections will love this release. The bundle provides a great excuse to fire up the game for another playthrough. Future content likely remains on the horizon given continued support. Astro Bot’s charm keeps players coming back for more.
