Chery Unveils Mornine: The Humanoid Robot Redefining Car Sales
Chinese automaker Chery has introduced Mornine, a groundbreaking humanoid robot that bridges the worlds of cars and artificial intelligence. The reveal took place at the AiMOGA Global Business Conference on October 20 in Wuhu, China.
During the event, Mornine captured the spotlight with a 30-minute presentation. Experts and media from over 30 countries attended the session, witnessing how AI and robotics are transforming the automotive industry.
Robot That Acts Like a Real Salesperson
Mornine impressed everyone by acting as a car sales assistant. It greeted visitors warmly, spoke multiple languages, and explained Chery car features just like a human. For example, it even opened a car door and guided a simulated customer through its functions.
The humanoid can understand speech, images, and intent. It adjusts tone and gestures naturally, making interactions feel personal and engaging. As a result, Mornine offers a glimpse into how AI could transform customer service in showrooms worldwide.
Expanding Global AI Horizons
The company behind Mornine, AiMOGA, has already deployed robots in more than 30 countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE, and South Africa. In addition, it plans to deliver 40,000 humanoid robots and 90,000 quadrupeds by 2030. These robots will assist in education, sales, and companionship, redefining how humans interact with machines.
Chery’s Mornine shows that the future of AI and robotics is already here — smarter, friendlier, and more human than ever before.
