DAMAC Pakistan Collaboration Talks Boost Digital Investment Prospects
Pakistan and DAMAC Group have agreed to deepen talks under the DAMAC Pakistan collaboration framework. The focus remains on PropTech, tokenization, outsourcing, and digital talent growth.
Senior leaders met in Islamabad to explore practical technology led investment models. As a result, both sides showed confidence in long-term digital cooperation.
The discussion involved a DAMAC delegation led by Ameera Hussain Sajwani. Federal IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja hosted the meeting.
Digital Nation Vision Sets the Direction
The minister highlighted the Digital Nation Pakistan vision during the talks. This strategy supports inclusive growth through innovation and digital reforms.
She explained that policy efforts encourage private sector participation. In addition, the government aims to attract foreign investors through stability and transparency.
Officials also emphasized building a business friendly digital ecosystem. Therefore, Pakistan continues to position itself as a regional technology hub.
Women Inclusion and Talent Take Center Stage
The DAMAC delegation received a detailed briefing on Pakistan’s digitization roadmap. Special attention went to women’s digital and financial inclusion.
For example, the Prime Minister’s Ramazan Package onboarded 500,000 women digitally. This effort used digital wallets through the Benazir Income Support Programme.
As a result, officials see stronger financial inclusion and economic formalization. The move also reflects Pakistan’s growing digital readiness.
PropTech and Tokenization Drive Future Growth
Both sides discussed outsourcing and Pakistan’s expanding technology talent pool. The talks also covered real estate technology applications. Tokenization of real estate assets emerged as a key opportunity. This approach can improve efficiency and unlock dormant savings.
Delegates praised the innovation skills of Pakistani youth. Moreover, they welcomed the country’s expanding digital infrastructure. DAMAC leaders expressed interest in pilot projects and partnerships. These initiatives align with Pakistan’s broader digital transformation agenda.
