Dubai is preparing to welcome another record-breaking addition to its skyline this November. On November 15, 2025, Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, will officially open, claiming the title of the world’s tallest hotel. Reaching an impressive height of 377 metres across 82 floors, the skyscraper will surpass the Gevora Hotel, currently holding the record.
The hotel is designed to redefine luxury experiences in the city. It will feature 1,004 rooms and suites, all offering floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s urban skyline. Among its many standout features is the world’s highest infinity pool, located on the 76th floor. Guests will also be able to enjoy the highest club in the world and indulge in fine dining at the first international outpost of Tattu Dubai, spread across three levels and including a restaurant, bar, sky pool, and lounge.
In total, the hotel will offer eight dining venues, blending global and regional flavors. Other facilities include a luxury spa perched on the 61st floor, a fully equipped 24-hour gym, and exclusive leisure access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. The combination of hospitality and convenience will position the hotel as a hub for both international travelers and business visitors.
Managed by The First Group Hospitality and operated under IHG’s Vignette Collection, Ciel Dubai Marina is designed not only for opulence but also for strategic accessibility. Its location in Dubai Marina places it within walking distance of the boardwalk, shopping malls, beaches, and public transport options such as the tram and metro.
Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, emphasized the significance of the project, saying: “Ciel Dubai Marina is a landmark development that reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for tourism and business travel.”
With its record-setting height, luxury amenities, and breathtaking views, Ciel Dubai Marina is expected to attract international attention. More than just a hotel, it represents Dubai’s vision of combining innovation, design, and hospitality to create unforgettable experiences for guests. As the opening date draws near, anticipation is building for what promises to be one of the most extraordinary additions to the city’s already iconic skyline.
