PSCA Online Complaint Tracking System Launched for 15 Helpline Users

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has launched a PSCA complaint tracking system for citizens who call the 15 helpline. Officials say the move will improve transparency and public service. The system allows users to track complaints online at any time. Once police register a First Information Report, complainants receive a WhatsApp message. The message includes a download link, an e-tag number, and full case details. As a result, citizens can access important documents without visiting a police station.

Real-Time FIR Access and Feedback

The new system allows people to download and verify their FIRs from home. Applicants also receive a username and password for secure access. Therefore, they can monitor case progress in real time. In addition, users can submit feedback about how authorities handle their case. This feature strengthens accountability and builds public trust. Officials believe the change will encourage more people to report incidents.

Virtual Support for Women

Women can seek legal guidance through the Virtual Women Police Station. This service reduces the need for physical visits. It also offers follow-up support after FIR registration. Under the Safe City post-FIR service, affected women remain in contact with officials. Authorities provide timely assistance and updates throughout the process. Citizens can check complaint status at feedback.psca.gop.pk or dial 15 and select option 2 for support. Overall, the initiative reflects PSCA’s commitment to digital access, transparency, and citizen-focused policing.
