Super Mario Galaxy Movie Releases April 1 with Final Trailer

Nintendo unveils the final trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie during the latest Nintendo Direct event. Super Mario Galaxy Movie premieres in theaters on April 1 with an hour and 38-minute runtime. This makes it the longest film in the franchise’s history by six minutes. Chris Pratt and Charlie Day return as Mario and Luigi, now side by side throughout the adventure. The brothers were separated in the 2023 movie but remain together this time. Donald Glover joins the cast as Yoshi, voiced by the Community actor. Issa Rae voices the Honeyqueen while Luiz Guzman portrays Wart. Fan-favorite characters make their first appearances including Yoshi, Bowser Jr., and more.

Trailer Reveals and Plot Details

The trailer features stunning visuals and ends with Luma patrolling prison cells. Plot details remain somewhat vague about the overall story direction.
