Town to City Terraforming Update Arrives March 2026 for Cozy City Builder

Town to City Terraforming Update Arrives March 2026 for Cozy City Builder

Developer Galaxy Grove and publisher Kwalee announce a major free update for their charming voxel-based city builder. Town to City terraforming update launches this month, adding a paintbrush tool for crafting landscapes. Players can create rises and dips in the terrain using the new system. New props include playgrounds and bridges for additional customization options. Several quality of life features arrive alongside the terrain tools. Undo brushing, quick decoration removal, and collision-free decorating improve the experience. The game currently holds an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam with 97 percent positive reviews. Town to City combines cozy village charm with voxel-based building mechanics throughout.

A Cozy City Builder Worth Your Time

You move to an idyllic 19th century Mediterranean town at the start of your journey. Your goal involves helping the small town prosper into a flourishing city over time. Buildings can be freely placed and formed with complete creative autonomy throughout. The game proves accessible even for those who typically avoid the city builder genre.
Town to City features gorgeous visuals according to early player impressions and reviews. The game launched last year and continues growing through its Early Access period. A 1.0 launch and Big Expanded Campaign Update arrive in Q2 of this year. Another major update follows in the second half of 2026 as well.

Demo and Discount Available Now

A free demo is available on the game’s Steam listing for curious players to try. Town to City is currently on sale until March 16 with 15 percent off the price. The cost drops from £21.99 to £18.69 during this limited-time promotional period. A small spring micro update with seasonal decorations is also in development currently.
Players are already excited about the upcoming features based on trailer reactions online. Many see it as the perfect time to start a new playthrough of the game. The terraforming update has no exact date but launches sometime this month. Town to City continues improving with each free update and community addition.
