Education Key to Eradicating Poverty and Ignorance: Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch
Gwadar: Jamaat-e-Islami Balochistan Chief Hidayat-ur-Rehman Baloch has emphasized that education is the most powerful tool to eradicate poverty and ignorance. He urged authorities to prioritize access to quality education in every district of Balochistan.
Speaking at an educational seminar, he said education builds character, strengthens communities, and opens the door to progress. He noted that without education, societies remain trapped in cycles of deprivation and dependence.
Promoting Equal Opportunities
Hidayat-ur-Rehman stressed that the government must ensure equal learning opportunities for all children, regardless of social or economic background.
He called for better infrastructure, teacher training, and modern learning facilities in both urban and rural areas. According to him, investing in schools today means investing in the nation’s future.
The leader also appreciated teachers’ role in shaping young minds and urged them to continue their mission with dedication and honesty
Education for Social Change
Highlighting the link between education and social harmony, Hidayat-ur-Rehman said educated societies are more peaceful and progressive. He encouraged youth to seek knowledge not just for jobs but for nation-building.
He also appealed to parents to enroll their children in schools and support their learning journeys. “An educated generation is the foundation of a strong and prosperous Balochistan,” he added.
