Android Repair Puzzle Game Save My Scrap Launches April 22 on PC

Publisher AMATA Games and developer Unio Anou announce Save My Scrap, a significantly upgraded version of the free game Fix My Junk. Save My Scrap puzzle game launches on PC via Steam on April 22, followed by PS5 and Switch on April 30. The Xbox Series version follows on May 28 for console players. You play as a mechanic for androids who receives a request from a doctor named Miomaru. His personal android, an old near-failing model named Harima, needs urgent repairs. You connect cords, trade out parts, and bring life back to broken functions. However, the more you deepen your bonds with Harima and Miomaru, the more you start to realize something deeper.

Gameplay and Story

The repairs involve looking inside Harima’s body to find parts needing fixes through various mini-games. These repairs become the key to learning about your clients’ past experiences. Conversations with Miomaru and Harima help you gain their trust over time. Your choices change how they respond throughout the narrative.
You are not just repairing an android anymore according to the story description. You are connecting the cords that spark their memories, ones that they had tried to forget. Once your job finishes, you will face shocking truths and hear their heartrending pleas. The radio in your car provides world-building insights through several channels.

Console and Steam Features

The significantly upgraded version includes new conversations not present in the original free game. New endings add replayability for players who want to experience all outcomes. An unlockable gallery mode features event CGs and character backgrounds. Additional controller support improves the experience on console platforms.
The visual novel and puzzle game hybrid offers a unique premise in the repair simulator genre. Players must look inside Harima’s body to diagnose and fix mechanical issues. The emotional story unfolds through both repairs and conversations with the clients. Save My Scrap arrives just days away for PC players eager to try it.
