Istanbul Park sits on the Asian side of the city. Drivers and fans love the track for its challenging layout. However, it last hosted a race in 2021. The circuit first joined Formula One in 2005. It held races until 2011, then returned briefly in 2020 and 2021. For example, Lewis Hamilton secured his seventh title there in 2020. Türkiye worked for years to bring the race back. However, costs slowed progress after 2022. Other countries, like Qatar, invested heavily in the sport. Now, the Istanbul F1 return shows strong commitment.
