Reports suggest the restructuring is not limited to Singapore. Employees in Malaysia and Indonesia have also reported job losses. Meanwhile, media reports indicate that TikTok could reduce around 300 positions at its Dublin office. This is not the first workforce reduction in Singapore. Earlier this year, TikTok reportedly cut several trust and safety roles during another restructuring exercise.
