PM Shehbaz Sharif Condemns Afghan Provocations, Vows Strong Defense Response

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned Afghanistan’s provocations in Pakistan’s border areas. He expressed deep concern over the hostile actions and made it clear that Pakistan will never compromise on its defense. The Prime Minister praised the Pakistan Army for its strong and effective response, calling their reaction a symbol of national pride and unity.

Strong Response and National Pride

Shehbaz Sharif applauded the professional excellence and bravery of the Pakistan Army. He highlighted the bold leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, under whose command the Army gave a powerful and precise response to Afghan aggression. The forces destroyed several Afghan posts and forced them to retreat. The Prime Minister said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces. He reaffirmed that Pakistan’s defense remains unshakable and that every act of provocation will face a firm reply. “Our defense is in strong hands,” he stated with confidence.

Call for Responsibility and Regional Peace

The Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistan has consistently shared information with the Afghan authorities about terrorist elements using Afghan soil. He said groups like Fitna-tul-Khawarij and Fitna-tul-Hindustan continue to plot attacks against Pakistan from across the border. He urged the Afghan interim government to act responsibly and ensure that its territory is not used for terrorism. Shehbaz Sharif expressed hope that Afghanistan will take firm action to prevent such activities and support peace in the region.
He reiterated that Pakistan values peace and stability but will never tolerate any aggression. The Prime Minister concluded by assuring the nation that Pakistan’s security forces remain fully prepared to defend every inch of the motherland. He encouraged unity, resilience, and unwavering faith in the country’s strength and sovereignty.
