BISE Rawalpindi Offers Relief for Students Missing Matric Exams Due to Unrest
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced a special relief plan for students who missed their BISE Rawalpindi exams due to law and order concerns or unavoidable circumstances.
According to a statement issued on Wednesday, BISE Chairman Muhammad Adnan Khan said the decision aims to help affected candidates. He added that no student should lose the chance to take their exams for reasons beyond their control.
How Students Can Apply
Students who missed their papers can submit a written application explaining their absence. They must attach their roll number slip and submit it to the Controller of Examinations’ office at the Board Complex, Morgah, Rawalpindi. The deadline is 12 noon on Friday, October 17.
Papers and Exam Dates
The BISE spokesperson explained that several papers were affected. On October 10, the morning session included Biology, Computer Science, Commercial and Technical Drawing, and Military Science. The evening session covered Arabic, Poultry Farming, Punjabi, and Persian.
On October 11, the morning paper was Translation of the Holy Quran (Old and New Course), while Food and Dress Making and Fashion Designing were held in the evening.
On October 13, the morning paper was English (Compulsory), followed by Islamic Education or Muslim History in the evening.
