CM Sarfraz Bugti Inaugurates New Facilities at University of Turbat

Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti inaugurated new academic and administrative facilities at the University of Turbat on Thursday. The initiative reaffirms the provincial government’s commitment to expanding higher education across southern Balochistan.
Addressing students and faculty, CM Bugti said that universities are the “engines of change” and must lead the province’s transformation through research, innovation, and human development. He stressed the importance of linking academic programs with market-driven skills to increase youth employability.
Education as a Path to Peace and Progress“
The future of Balochistan lies in knowledge, not conflict,” the Chief Minister stated. He assured that the provincial government will continue to invest in academic excellence, improved infrastructure, and scholarship programs to promote equal access to quality education.
CM Bugti praised the University of Turbat for its role in advancing modern education in a historically underdeveloped region. He expressed confidence that such institutions would play a vital role in shaping a peaceful and prosperous Balochistan.
