Hajj 2027 Payment System Begins for Private Pilgrims

Hajj 2027 Payment System Begins for Private Pilgrims

The payment system for Private Hajj Scheme 2027 has started. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has urged pilgrims to use official digital platforms. Applicants must complete bookings and payments through the Hajj Portal or Pak Hajj App.

Official payment process

Pilgrims can select an authorised Hajj organiser through the Hajj Portal. They can also choose a package that suits their needs and budget. The National Information Technology Board developed the portal for this purpose. It allows private pilgrims to pay their Hajj dues from home. However, Hajj organisers cannot collect payments directly from pilgrims. The ministry warned people against paying agents or individuals outside the official system.

Pilgrims should therefore avoid cash and cheque payments. Instead, they should complete every transaction through the approved digital platform. The ministry will supervise payments through the Pak Hajj App and Hajj Portal. This oversight will help improve transparency and protect pilgrims from fraud. The ministry has also advised registered pilgrims to choose an authorised company. They should then select their preferred Hajj package through the official portal.

Registration and fraud warning

New registrations for Private Hajj Scheme 2027 are also underway. Applicants can register through the Hajj Portal or Pak Hajj App.In addition, pilgrims should carefully check organiser details before making any selection. They should avoid anyone who demands direct payment or offers unofficial packages.

The ministry has warned that pilgrims will bear losses from unauthorised payments. Therefore, applicants should use only the government-approved digital channels. The government has set the Private Hajj Scheme quota at 71,696 pilgrims for 2027. As a result, applicants should complete their registration and package selection carefully.

The digital process also allows pilgrims to manage payments from home. This can save time and reduce the need for unnecessary visits.Officials have stressed the importance of using official systems throughout the process. Pilgrims should remain alert and avoid fraudulent offers during Hajj preparations.
