HEC Postpones USAT, HAT, and Recruitment Tests Amid Security Concerns

The Higher Education Commission’s Education Testing Council (ETC) has postponed several written exams that were planned for October 11 and 12. The affected tests include the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT), the Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT), and the Recruitment Test for AML-CFT positions. Officials said they made this decision because of the law and order situation in different cities across the country. The commission assured candidates that safety and fairness remain its top priorities.

HEC Ensures Safety and Clear Communication

The ETC is actively monitoring the situation and working with local authorities to ensure secure testing conditions. Officials stated that the council will announce a new test schedule soon. All registered candidates will receive updates through the official HEC website, email, and verified social media pages.
The commission also advised candidates to rely only on official sources for accurate information. It emphasized that every postponed test will take place once the situation stabilizes. The HEC team continues to coordinate with examination centers to minimize delays and maintain transparency.

Commitment to Students and Fair Testing

The HEC thanked students for their patience and cooperation. It reaffirmed its commitment to providing fair, accessible, and secure testing opportunities. Officials promised to share new test dates promptly to help students plan their preparations.
The commission continues to prioritize student welfare and uphold examination integrity across all programs. It remains determined to reschedule all affected tests as soon as possible and support every candidate throughout the process.
