NADRA Launches New Fee Payment Options Nationwide Citizens Can Now Pay via Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, E-Sahulat, and QR Codes

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out multiple new facilities to make fee payments easier and more accessible for citizens across Pakistan. Applicants can now pay their application fees directly in cash at the relevant NADRA office, offering a hassle-free option without third-party involvement. For added convenience, payments can also be made through popular digital wallet services such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, or at E-Sahulat outlets available nationwide. In a step toward promoting digital solutions, NADRA has also introduced a QR code-based payment method. At the time of application submission, staff members provide citizens with a unique QR code, which can be scanned using any mobile banking app. The transaction is completed instantly, with no extra service charges, ensuring a secure and transparent process. These newly introduced services reflect NADRA’s commitment to improving customer experience and enhancing digital inclusion for the public.
In addition to the new payment methods, NADRA has ensured that complaint registration is easily accessible through multiple channels. Citizens can dial 1777 from their mobile phones, lodge grievances through the NADRA complaint portal at complaints.nadra.govt.pkor use the Pak ID mobile app. This streamlined system allows applicants to raise issues efficiently and track their resolution. The authority also highlighted recent updates to its services for overseas Pakistanis. Earlier this year, NADRA revised the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) fee structure for Pakistani nationals living in South Africa. The NICOP remains a vital document, granting recognition as Pakistani citizens abroad while enabling access to benefits, legal rights, and government services. By combining digital payment solutions with improved accessibility for both local and overseas citizens, NADRA continues to modernize its service delivery and strengthen its role in citizen facilitation nationwide.
