Pakistan’s First Locally Made Digital X-Ray Machine Unveiled

Pakistan has taken a major step in healthcare innovation. The country introduced its first locally made digital X-ray machine at the 22nd Health Asia International Exhibition in Karachi.
The new Flat Panel Digital Radiography (FDR) system was designed by talented Pakistani engineers. They built it using local materials and technology. As a result, it’s far more affordable than imported machines.

A Smart, Mobile, and Affordable Solution

This advanced system is completely digital and easy to move. It can even be operated through a mobile phone, making it ideal for hospitals and clinics with limited resources. In addition, it offers quick image processing and efficient diagnostics.
Therefore, healthcare providers can now deliver faster and more cost-effective services to patients across the country.

Showcasing Pakistan’s Health Tech Growth

The Health Asia Exhibition also featured exciting innovations. Visitors explored AI-powered physician assistants, customized ambulances, and smart heartbeat monitoring patches.
In addition, upcoming digital hospitals drew attention for their modern approach to patient care. Exhibitors showcased breakthroughs in cell and gene therapies, infertility treatments, and charitable medical services.
These advancements show that Pakistan’s healthcare industry is evolving rapidly. It’s not just about innovation, it’s about making quality healthcare accessible for everyone.
