Systems Limited Targets Europe and US for Global Expansion
Pakistan’s leading tech giant, Systems Limited, is entering an exciting new phase of international growth. The company plans to expand across Europe and the United States through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. This move aims to strengthen its global enterprise presence and unlock new business opportunities.
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Systems Limited announced that driving inorganic growth is now a top priority. The company believes acquiring businesses in mature markets will speed up its entry and help it compete effectively.
New Subsidiary in the UK
As part of this expansion plan, Systems Limited will soon establish a subsidiary in the United Kingdom. This new base will enable the company to manage operations directly, seize emerging opportunities, and improve export performance.
In addition, Systems will deepen existing partnerships through its associated UK company. This collaboration will allow the firm to enhance service capabilities and strengthen ties with clients in Europe and North America.
Strategic Alliances and Local Success
The company’s upcoming partnership with British American Tobacco (BAT) marks a major milestone. This alliance will expand Systems Limited’s global shared services network, creating new pathways for innovation and efficiency.
Back home, the company’s local operations are also showing steady progress. Systems reported a positive operating profit for the first time, signaling a solid turnaround. Most of its challenging projects have concluded successfully, while the remaining few are expected to wrap up soon.
Its associate company, OneLoad, also achieved a big win. It secured fresh investment and received approval from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for its E Money license. With this license, OneLoad can now grow its digital financial services and reach more customers nationwide.
Strong Financial Growth
Systems Limited’s financial performance reflects its growing strength. The company’s revenue rose by 18.9% year on year, reaching Rs57.4 billion by September 30, 2025.
Meanwhile, its gross profit increased by 33.1%, and operating profit climbed 32.8%. Net profit also surged 46.3%, rising from Rs5.4 billion to Rs7.9 billion.
With this momentum, Systems Limited appears well on track to become a truly global technology leader.
