Zindigi and DAT AI Systems Sign MoU for Digital Solutions

Zindigi and DAT AI Systems have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop digital solutions. The Zindigi DAT AI partnership will target government bodies, educational institutions, companies, and other organisations.

Rao Umer Farooq, Zindigi’s Head of International Business & Alliances, signed the agreement. Abubakar Umer, CEO of DAT AI Systems, signed it on behalf of his company.

The partnership will combine digital banking with technology expertise. Both companies will explore solutions for payments, identity, fee collection, accounts, wallets, and institutional operations.They will also examine digital disbursement services for organisations. As a result, institutions could gain easier access to integrated financial and technology services.

Companies plan integrated digital services

Zindigi will bring its digital banking and payment capabilities to the collaboration. Meanwhile, DAT AI Systems will contribute its expertise in technology and digital operations.The companies will explore solutions that can simplify institutional processes. These solutions could also improve the way organisations manage financial services.DAT AI Systems started operations in 2023. The Pakistan-based technology company develops AI and messaging solutions for workforce management.

Its services also support data collection and real-time operations. The company has deployed its technology across major public-sector projects in Pakistan.Rao Umer Farooq said digital transformation needs solutions that connect technology, identity, and financial services. He said the partnership could help address the changing needs of institutions and customers.
