HEC PSEB Digital Talent Pool to Verify Degrees Nationwide
The HEC PSEB talent pool initiative will create Pakistan’s first nationally verified digital database of graduates and information technology professionals. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) signed a memorandum of understanding to integrate their degree verification systems. As a result, employers will gain faster access to verified academic credentials.
HEC Chairman Dr Niaz Ahmed and PSEB Chief Executive Officer Faisal Jadi signed the agreement. Both organisations aim to improve trust in Pakistan’s digital workforce and support the country’s growing technology sector.

Under the agreement, HEC and PSEB will connect their digital verification systems. Therefore, employers, institutions and other stakeholders will be able to verify academic qualifications through a single platform.
