Khush Aamdeed Service Launched at Islamabad Airport for Passengers

Pakistan has launched the Khush Aamdeed service at Islamabad International Airport to improve the passenger experience. The new service offers travelers convenient support during different stages of their airport journey.

New Passenger Facilitation Service

Federal Secretary for Defence Lt Gen (retd) Muhammad Ali inaugurated the service at Islamabad International Airport. Senior officials from the government, aviation sector and tourism industry attended the ceremony.Passengers travelling from Islamabad to Madinah became the first users of the new meet-and-assist service. The initiative aims to make airport procedures easier and more comfortable for travelers.

Under the Khush Aamdeed service, passengers can receive priority check-in and assistance during security clearance. Staff will also provide personalized support throughout the airport process.The service can benefit travelers who want a smoother airport experience. It may also help passengers manage airport procedures with greater ease and convenience.

Lounge Access and Airport Transfers

Khush Aamdeed also offers premium lounge access through different service packages. Travelers can select packages based on their preferred services and requirements.In addition, passengers can choose airport pick-up and drop-off facilities. These options provide added convenience before departure or after arrival.The Pakistan Airports Authority has licensed the service. It currently operates at Islamabad International Airport.

However, the company plans to expand the service to other airports across Pakistan. This expansion could give more passengers access to personalized airport assistance.The initiative also supports Pakistan’s efforts to improve passenger services and tourism facilities. Therefore, the new service could provide visitors with a more welcoming experience.

With priority services, lounge access and transport options, Khush Aamdeed aims to make air travel simpler and more convenient. The service could also strengthen Pakistan’s image as a more passenger-friendly travel destination.
