Steps Toward Better Connectivity

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is planning improvements. It aims to introduce Fixed Satellite Services licences. This step will expand internet access across Pakistan.
Global companies like Starlink and Shanghai SpaceCom may enter the market. In addition, operators will install ground stations and VSAT systems. Each licence will remain valid for 15 years.
